How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World

“Animated comedy adventure sequel based on the children’s novel by Cressida Cowell.

“Now ruling over Berk as village chief, Hiccup (voice of Jay Baruchel) has allowed for dragons and humans to happily co-exist in the same land, but things take a strange turn when the enigmatic female white dragon Light Fury captures Toothless’s attention. As he clumsily sets out to impress her with the hope of becoming her mate, their budding romance is soon quashed by the arrival of a ruthless enemy who intends to invade Berk and capture all of the dragons.

“To save the fate of their kingdom and get the dragons to safety, Hiccup and Toothless venture out to the mythical Hidden World which dragons call home and where they may be able to summon their own army against the evil tyrants who threaten their new way of living.”

The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part

“Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Banks and Will Arnett return to lend their voices to this CGI-animated adventure sequel based on the line of toys made by Lego.

“When Apocalypseburg is invaded by alien Duplos and his friends are kidnapped by General Mayhem (Stephanie Beatriz), Emmet (Pratt) sets off on an adventure to outer space to save them. There, he teams up with Rex Dangervest (Pratt) and heads to the Systar System to confront Queen Watevra Wa’Nabi (Tiffany Haddish) and rescue his friends. But will the gang be able to prevent the dreaded Ourmomageddon?”

Stan & Ollie

“Steve Coogan and John C. Reilly star as famous comedy double act Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy as they embark on a tour of Britain and Ireland during their final years.

“Playing to half-empty halls, the pair are no longer as popular as they once were and as they attempt to boost ticket sales with a number of public appearances, their relationship is tested by the emotional strain of touring. After many years of great success Stan and Ollie are made to face up to the harsh realities of their twilight years.”

Green Book

“Peter Farrelly directs this drama following Italian-American bouncer Tony Lip (Viggo Mortensen) and African-American pianist Dr. Don Shirley (Mahershala Ali) during a musical tour of the Southern United States in the 1960s.

“Determined to break barriers and perform his music to the masses, Dr. Shirley sets out on his tour with the help of his newly hired driver, Tony, and the aid of the Green Book, a guide listing racially accepting establishments for African-Americans to perform, eat and sleep in.

“Despite being forewarned that his presence in these states may bring trouble, Dr. Shirley and Tony form an unlikely bond as Tony is awakened to the prejudices the black community are subjected to while Dr. Shirley educates Tony in what it means to be sophisticated.”

Instant Family

“Sean Anders directs this comedy drama starring Mark Wahlberg and Rose Byrne.

“After deciding that they would like to become adoptive parents, Pete (Wahlberg) and Ellie (Byrne) attend a foster fair and end up with teenage girl Lizzy (Isabela Moner). The only complication is that they must also adopt her two younger siblings Juan (Gustavo Quiroz) and Lita (Julianna Gamiz). What follows are the trials and tribulations of a newly formed family as they try to get along.”

Vice

“Biographical drama depicting Dick Cheney’s time as American Vice President starring Christian Bale, Amy Adams, Steve Carell and Sam Rockwell.

“Having previously served as Secretary of Defence and White House Chief of Staff Dick Cheney (Bale) is reluctant to accept the largely symbolic role of Vice President unless he and George W. Bush (Rockwell) can come to a different understanding of the position. When the President gives him free reign over bureaucracy, military, energy and foreign policy, Cheney becomes the most powerful Vice President in American history, resulting in extensive consequences for America and the rest of the world.”
