Replacing a lost library card

If you lose your library card you’ll need to report it to any Suffolk Library. You can also call 01473 351249 or email help@suffolklibraries.co.uk

To get a replacement card you’ll need to:

  • visit any Suffolk library
  • show ID with proof of address (acceptable ID includes a bank statement, a store card statement or a utility bill)

Replacement cards cost £1.50 for adults and 50p for children.
